I am so, so grateful that I discovered you on the web. I would
like to thank you so much
for the care and consideration you took in responding to my
queries and fears. I knew
that when I emailed, I would find a reply the next morning.
When communication became
a problem (which from Kenya it does from time to time) you
rang. I was very relieved to
see your lovely, welcoming face at the airport as one is always
a bit nervous when one
is facing the unknown. You instilled confidence in me two
minutes after we met. Thank you for that!
I was very pleased with your choice of surgeon and his staff,
who made me feel at ease and has
done a lovely job. I was very well looked after in the clinic
and felt secure in the fact that I was able
to spend as much time as was required there for my recovery,
and, that you were on the other
end of the phone at any time of the day or night when I needed
you. Thank you also for bringing
me the lovely mango and yoghurt which I ate for breakfast.
I must say, my life was made a lot easier by transferring
the amount of all costs of surgery, clinic, theatre, etc,
etc to you, as you dealt with all payments and I didn't have
to think about it.
I would also like to thank you for the sight-seeing trips
in and around Cape Town which I thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing
like having a bit of surgery and a holiday!
